I ordered a console table. The product arrived with the curved corners incomplete. The curved corners were not ground down and repolished and stick out at all 4 corners. I reached out to customer support and emailed photos the same day I received it and also asked for phone number to talk live with owner or manager and have not received any response. I was told "everyone likes our products" and it would "cost extra to complete the finish on the console"...a piece of information that is not noted on the product image or order information related to the product. I am not happy and would appreciate a call from a live person. There is no contact phone number on the wesite.
