Shipping Prices
Our shipping prices will be calculated for each customer on an individual basis at checkout. Shipping prices depend on the items in each order and the location of the shipment. For large items or if shipping is higher than expected, we may contact you after the purchase to send a quote for additional shipping charges. Processing and Shipping Times
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Our standard ground shipping is from 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Shipments are subject to shipping service availability. During holiday seasons processing times may be increased by 1-2 weeks. Shipping times may increase as well, depending on carrier delays.
Why the range in delivery times?
Your delivery location matters greatly. Delivery times are determined by your location, the item's stocked location, and the carrier's routing to your area. Based on these factors, there are cases where delivery may be significantly faster than others. Please reach out to us directly for the best estimates. Where do we ship?
For standard orders, we ship anywhere in the continental United States. For anywhere else, please contact us about special shipping arrangements.
Tracking
Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you after you place your order. You can also find tracking information and past order history by creating an account and logging in on our website.
Shipping address changes
If you need to change your address after placing an order please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can edit the info in our system before it ships. Keep in mind that once your shipment is on the way, it becomes more difficult to reroute it. Of course, we’ll do whatever we can to assist, however you may be responsible for rerouting charges.
Damages, defects, or missing parts
If there is visible damage to your shipment, after inspecting the order, immediately write a description of the discrepancy on the delivery receipt and do not accept delivery if not signed by the driver. Take photographs of the packaging and product upon arrival and report the damage or missing parts to us as soon as possible. If damage is not recorded and signed for by the driver, the carrier will not honor the damage claim and we will not be able to provide you with a replacement, return, or refund. If the damage is concealed, notify the carrier within 48 hours of delivery and retain all exterior packaging and product for inspection. Request the carrier to have their agent complete an inspection report. If no claim is filed within 48 hours of delivery with the carrier, we will not be able to provide any replacement, return, or refund. Send any photographs to support@stauberfurnishings.com.
