Very well packed, in fact, unpacking took longer than setting up. Love them, wish there was a smaller size for other rooms!

Chairs were very nice and sturdy. The only problem was extreme clear wrap which caused a lot of work for us to unwrap and installation procedure was very difficult considering no device to help us place four holes for the chair, four holes for the dividers and four holes for the chair cushion to align all at the same time. The chairs would slip and was very very difficult to align all of them.

My order was not fulfilled on time. It came a week and a half late - and then with the wrong cushion. I received no compensation for the delays. I did get the correct cushion, but the chair was hard to assemble. It's beautiful despite this.
I cleaned my table EXACTLY as instructed. It did help in taking a scratch away but left a cloudy finish.
I previously wrote a bad review which isn’t listed on the site to update regarding receiving a damaged table. After submitting a claim to UPS, Stauber sent another table. The table is the perfect size for a small space and is light and airy. It wipes easily and is a great table.
